1. **Eligibility.** You must be 18+ to register an account. Guardians may create athlete profiles for minors.
2. **Payments.** Fees are non-refundable except as described at registration. Installment plans are optional at checkout.
3. **Conduct.** You agree not to misuse the service or other users' accounts.
4. **Liability.** Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect damages.
5. **Changes.** We may update these terms; we will post material changes in-product.
