• Player/athlete data (guardian-provided, including DOB, emergency contact)
• Payment data (processed by our payments sub-processor)
• Usage data (logs, device info) for security and product improvement

3. How we use it

• Provide the service
• Process payments and registrations
• Communicate about programs and schedules
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Your rights

You can request access, export, or deletion of your data via your account → Privacy. Residents of GDPR/CCPA jurisdictions have additional rights including portability and opt-out of sale/share (we do not sell personal information).

6. Retention

We retain data according to our Data Retention Policy (financial records 7yr, communications 2yr, rosters indefinitely unless deletion is requested).

7. Children

This service is designed to support youth sports. Guardians provide consent on behalf of children under 13 per COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except as provided by their guardian.
